You can join us from anywhere to get the support you need. All you need is a phone, or a computer, or a tablet. Using a computer or tablet or smart phone with a microphone and camera, you can see us and we will be able to see you, or you can just call in!
We understand that the current state of the world is very confusing and stressful. COVID-19 is a new virus and we are still trying to determine how it spreads, the severity of illness it causes, and to what extent it may spread. If you are pregnant, we also understand that might cause increased anxiety about all of the unknowns. Please keep the following in mind:
