FASD United Board Member and Legal Expert William J. Edwards to be Honored with the 2026 ABA Paul G. Hearne Award for Disability Rights
“The American Bar Association Commission on Disability Rights will honor Los Angeles attorney William (“Billy”) J. Edwards with the Paul G. Hearne Award for Disability Rights for his lifelong commitment and advocacy to advancing the rights, dignity and access to justice for people living with disabilities.” The award will be presented to Billy Edwards at the Red Shoes Gala during National FASD Impact Week.
