Recognize FASD during Mental Health Awareness Month!

Mental health conversations are stronger when they include EVERYONE, & that means including individuals with FASD.

By broadening awareness and understanding of the connection between FASD & mental health, we can help build more compassionate, informed, & supportive communities for all.

This month, we celebrate progress, promote inclusion, and continue advocating for mental health conversations that reflect the full diversity of living experiences. Together, we can create a future where every individual with FASD is seen, heard, understood, & supported.

Image Description: Bright yellow and gold graphic for Mental Health Awareness Month featuring a large green awareness ribbon in the center with the FASD United logo placed on the ribbon. Multiple illustrated hands of diverse skin tones extend inward from all sides toward the ribbon, symbolizing support, inclusion, and community. Text at the top reads, “May is Mental Health Awareness Month.” Text at the bottom reads, “When we talk about mental health, we must include FASD in the conversation.”
