“Proof Alliance is opening registration for its Annual Caregiver Conference on Friday, February 20, in recognition of National Caregivers Day. The conference will be held at the Plymouth Community Center in Minnesota and is designed for adoptive, biological, kinship and foster parents of individuals with a known or suspected FASD. Professionals who support individuals on the FASD spectrum are also welcome.
