CDC’s “Check You Drinking. Make a Plan to Drink Less.” Alcohol Screening Tool

The CDC released an alcohol screening tool that allows adults to anonymously check their drinking, identify barriers and motivators for drinking less, and print or save a personalized change plan. This evidence-based tool is a free resource that can be used by individuals or institutions to reduce excessive alcohol use. The tool was developed as part of the CDC’s Drink Less, Be Your Best Campaign. More information on the campaign can be found here.
