Alcohol Awareness Month, Resources from The CDC

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s, Drink Less, Be Your Best, is an online communications campaign that encourages young adults and adults who drink excessively to drink less to improve their quality of life, relationships, and health. Individuals can check their drinking levels, identify their motivators and barriers to drinking less, learn about binge and heavy drinking, and develop a personalized plan to drink less.
