Multiple news outlets this week reported that FASD experts testified at the sentencing trial for Nikolas Cruz, Florida mass shooter. Dr. Kenneth Jones said medical records show that Cruz’s birth mother drank heavily. Neuropsychologist Paul Connor said Cruz through his life has shown indications on tests that he has alcohol-related developmental issues.
